At Melduna, we aim to hustle your order to you like it's on a mission. All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on where you are, but we're all about getting your order to you ASAP!

Shipping Region

Right now, we're just sending Melduna within Malaysia. We're dreaming big about reaching more places soon, but for now, we're all about getting our top-notch Manuka Honey locally!

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Melduna. If you encounter any issues with your product, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
• If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo and description of the issue, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened or used products
• Perishable items beyond 7 days of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
